About NRL

NRL stands for the Norwegian Association of Plumbing, Heating and Ventilating Contractors, and is a trade organisation for plumbing businesses of different sizes and market orientations. NRL is affiliated with The Confederation of Norwegian Enterprise (NHO) and The Federation of Norwegian Construction Industries (BNL).

The organisation was founded in 1913. 
The business members of NRL have their primary field of activity in heating and sanitary installations. Approximately 600 businesses are members of NRL, with 7200 employees and an annual turnover of about 8 billion NOK (excl. VAT). 

In addition to the central organisation in Oslo, there are 15 regional associations throughout the country. 
NRL represents the majority of Norway's businesses in the plumbing, heating and ventilating area of trade.
It is NRL's purpose to stimulate, and establish conditions for profitable and socially beneficial business operation. 
High ethical standards and professional competence are presuppositions for the association.
